Abstract

Following the Western countries, the issue of the risk of food becoming more relevant in today's Russia. To replace the era of scarcity came the abundance, globalization, and the development of new technologies in the food market there are always new products (in particular, containing of artificial food additives and genetically modified ingredients), consumption of which problematisizes both in expert circles and at the level of everyday communication. A special group, which is best-may be subject to risks of food and therefore food which requires a special regulation, — the children. The aim of our study is to determine how the various risks of food of children (3-6 years) are interpreted by those who take the most active participation ment in the nutritional status of children (namely, mothers), and what strategies of coping with risks power used mother.
