Abstract

Photograph Robert Frank, "Trolley. New Orleans, 1955" from the series "the Americans" does not belong to the genre of staged photography, it is a snapshot of scenes from urban life. A kaleidoscope of everyday urban experiences and camera focuses and captures an ordinary city transport open on a warm day the Windows from which we, the audience, watching his passengers, new orleanians mid 50s, as we learn from the title. Black and white photo, with clear graphics space, the squares lined with cells.
