Аннотация
Статья представляет комплексный обзор эволюции теоретических подходов к изучению старения в социальных науках, раскрывая их взаимосвязь с изменениями социальной политики в отношении людей старшего возраста. Цель работы — рассмотреть, как различные теоретические концепции формируют основания для размывания жестких возрастных границ и нормативности старения и как достижения социальных наук отражаются в практических мерах социальной политики. Авторы проводят анализ ключевых концепций и подходов (успешного/активного старения, критической и культурной геронтологии, перспективы жизненного пути и старения на месте), демонстрирующих переход от биодетерминизма к пониманию старения как социально конструируемого процесса, и выявляют их роли в формировании современных политик долголетия. В статье показано, что смена парадигм в исследованиях старения (от медицинской модели к социально-культурной) отражает глобальные вызовы второго демографического перехода. Авторы приходят к выводу, что современные теории старения и меры социальной политики в отношении людей старшего возраста в определенной степени синхронизированы. Размывание жестких возрастных границ по-своему выгодно государствам, заинтересованным в продлении экономически активного периода жизни людей старшего возраста. Отдельные концепции старения используются для подтверждения и оправдания мер социальной политики. Внимание практиков к достижениям социальных наук в области старения требует ответственного, внимательного и критического подхода исследователей к изучению инклюзивного старения, вновь возникающих неравенств и прав пожилых на автономию.
